When you book with us, you are in for a treat. We are a full service photography studio, which means that we’ll walk you through the process of your portrait experience from start to finish. We want these images to reflect who you are and tell your story, so we want to meet with you before your session. We’ll plan every single detail with the end in mind so you can rest assured you’ll love the result. After your initial phone consultation, these are the four steps to a wonderful fine art portrait experience with us:
The Design Consultation
TELLING YOUR STORY
You’ll meet with Marcela to go over style, home decor, wardrobe options, questions, wants and wishes for your session. We want your images to be unique to you, so we’ll personalize your session just for you. We’ll also talk about how you envision enjoying your portraits and your different printing options.
If everything sounds good and we’re a good fit, you’ll book your session at the end of this meeting.
The Session
Creating Memories
The day of your session is where the magic happens. Our studio is equipped with everything you can possibly need, from drinks and snacks to a boppy pillow and changing table stocked with diapers. We’ll start taking photos of your baby while you have your hair and make up done right there in our studio. You’ll look radiant for your portraits and we’ll make sure the rest of your family does too. You can sit back in our comfy couch, grab some coffee or tea and relax knowing that your baby is in good hands. You’ll watch as Marcela tenderly poses your baby in sets that will make your heart skip a beat. We’ll end with memorable family portraits, where you’ll get to use one of our post-partum gowns to finish the look of a queen.
The Ordering Appointment
MAKING DECISIONS
This is the most exciting part of the experience, since you’ll see your new gorgeous portraits. You’ll meet with Marcela one more time and you’ll choose your favorite images. She’ll help you select the best ones for your gallery and will make suggestions for art pieces according to what you previously discussed at the Design Consultation.
Your Order Pickup
FINISHED ARTWORK
A few weeks later, your images will be ready for you to pick up at the studio. Expect to be blown away by the feel of your printed art pieces in your hands. Seeing your loved ones in professionally crafted finishes will make you feel something that no digital screen will ever do.
Investment
Invaluable Memories
At your Design Consultation, you’ll secure your session with the Booking Fee. Booking Fees start at $450. All images, wall art and albums are bought separately at the Ordering Appointment.
How much you invest in your portrait session really depends on your specific wants and needs. Our Collections start at $2900 and are designed to give you the best of both worlds: finished artwork and digital images. A la Carte Pricing is also available for individual album or wall art purchases. Digital images are only available with the Collections.

Maternity Sessions
FEEL LOVED, LOOK AMAZING
Your maternity session will be one of the most feminine and powerful moments of your life. It is also your chance to write the first chapter in your baby’s story. Take the time to capture the very beginning of your child's life.
+ 1 Hour, In-Studio session.
+ Full access to our extensive maternity gown closet – we have many colors, textures, and styles to choose from.
+ Unlimited shots.
+ Partners and children are welcome and encouraged to participate.
+ The recommended session date would be between week 28 and 32 of pregnancy. To ensure availability, we kindly suggest booking your session at the beginning of your second trimester.
+ Artwork and digital images are made available to you for purchase at your personalized ordering appointment.
Newborn Sessions
CUTENESS GUARANTEED
Lemonshoots' takes expert care in making sure your newborn is safe during the session and we have experience in a baby's physiology, reflexes, and limitations. We have a cozy changing station and everything else you’ll need to nurse and care for your baby comfortably. And for our mamas, we offer hair and makeup pampering while we capture your little one, so you look and feel your best for your new family portraits.
+ Up to 3 Hours, In-Studio
+ Full access to our collection of newborn outfits and props.
+ Full access to our postpartum gowns, so you look your best.
+ Unlimited candid shots and unlimited outfit/prop changes.
+ Partners & children are welcome and encouraged to participate.
+ The recommended session date is during the first 14 days after birth. To ensure availability, we kindly suggest booking your session 3 or 4 months prior to your due date.
+ Artwork and digital images are made available to you for purchase at your personalized ordering appointment.
Bump to Baby Sessions
TWICE THE FUN, TWICE THE LOVE
Our Bump To Baby Sessions include both maternity and newborn sessions, guaranteeing heartwarming images that tell the full story of your new baby’s life. The best way to capture two very special moments!
Milestone Sessions
CAPTURING YOUR BABY’S PERSONALITY
After your newborn session, you’ll be invited to join our Baby Plan. It consist of two additional sessions: one at six months, when your baby starts to sit and one when your baby turns one, or when they start standing up. Each session includes:
+ 1 Hour, In-Studio Session with full access to our collection of sitter outfits and props.
+ Unlimited candid shots and unlimited outfit/prop changes.
+ These sessions are only available for our previous newborn clients and can be booked right after their newborn session only.
+ Artwork and digital images are made available to you for purchase at your personalized ordering appointment.
